Rough Valuation On UK Millenium £5 Coins

I received these coins back in 2000 and just want to know if they are worth anything, or are the something that probably won't ever be worth anything to anyone? Ben Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 4208 Posts	Posted 10/12/2012 7:58 pm I disagree. £5 coins generally sell in excess of £10. 25p crowns are worth considerably less. However, I suggest you hold onto them all. I dont think its worth the money when they are such nice pieces. Report this Post to the Staff

greeniejim Valued Member Ireland 215 Posts	Posted 10/14/2012 09:54 am Benfield, I have a few of each of coins mentioned, I also sell some others on ebay, I have a 1998 Charles Birthday £5 coin UNC listed at £6.50 the item number is, 150923035301, and there has been no takers as yet, I like to be relatively realistic in valuations, the prices I quoted were in SPINK 2012 book, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion with Grading and Valuation, both subjects being very subjective most of the time, as all collectors including myself tend to overvalue and over grade their own collections.
