Hey All, my first post, looks like the expert place.
I received these coins back in 2000 and just want to know if they are worth anything, or are the something that probably won't ever be worth anything to anyone?
The Left hand one is 1980 Queen Mum Commemerative £5 crown if uncirculated it would be worth £7 The Middle one is 2002 Queen Mum Memorial £5 Crown, uncirculated worth £8 The Right hand one is 1980 Queen Mum 80th Birthday 25p Crown, uncirculated worth £3
Maybe if they are uncirculated, those don't look very uncirculated, you might get £6 for them if you're lucky, I think I bought one of those for that much once, circulated.
Benfield, I have a few of each of coins mentioned, I also sell some others on ebay, I have a 1998 Charles Birthday £5 coin UNC listed at £6.50 the item number is, 150923035301, and there has been no takers as yet, I like to be relatively realistic in valuations, the prices I quoted were in SPINK 2012 book, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion with Grading and Valuation, both subjects being very subjective most of the time, as all collectors including myself tend to overvalue and over grade their own collections.
