1988-D RPM Quarter?

Hello. Today I was going through some pocket change when I found what appears to be a 1988-D re-punched mintmark (RPM). My knowledge is very limited on quarters, so I was wondering if anyone knew if this was an RPM. The "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the mintmark appear to be doubled. Also since I don't own a copy of the Cherrypicker's Guide Volume 2, where can I find a list on quarter/dime varieties? Thank you!

I am thinking that this is Machine Doubling from the pictures. Are you looking for an online resource on Washington quarters and Roosevelt dimes? Try http://www.varietyvista.com

It is not an RPM. Machine doubled. Note how the overall shape of the mint mark is not equal? The devices was pushed when the dies moved during the strike. You can see the metal striations on the third image.
