Are NGC and PCGS holders durable? Are they pretty stiff or flimsy?

Like most things of similar composition, I quite expect TPG slabs to outlast the human race.

They can be scratched. I see some people throw them around, making the
slab ....look bad.

But I do agree they are very durable. Hard to break, hard to get the the coins out.

Since I have never had a slabbed coin, maybe I will get a coin or two of a significant year or a cool coin design. Perhaps my birth year or year of graduation for example. :)

PCGS holders are much more dense than their NGC counterparts.
I've seen much more cracked NGC slabs than PCGS.
