Finally opened a 100-coin bag of "S" Quarters

Results:

73 - excellent eye appeal
11 - minor imperfections visible on close naked-eye inspection, still very good eye appeal overall.
8 - easily visible imperfections in non-focal areas
6 - easily visible imperfections in focal areas
2 - large deep gouges

The last eight McHenry-S Quarters on this list have been added to circulation via spending

No the S Mint coins are only available in rolls or bags directly from the Mint for a premium.

You can't even get P or D business strike ATB Quarters from a bank, except on rare, random occasions.
