Well Loved, is one way to put it. I just picked up a hole filler that was rough too, but it's better than an empty hole.nice grabs there!

My long term goal with these is to actually put together a full set AG and below. Already have the 89-CC ....the 85-CC is going to be a tough find though. Will look nice next to my AU and up set.

I like the antique patina of circulated silver. I have begun to like Morgans like these over the dipped blast white look.

The 1885-CC will be a very difficult find in AG. I have a circulated one with the antique patina in a PCGS holder (not AG). In circulated grades, the 1885-CC is the rarest Morgan dollar. 65 percent of the 228,000 mintage was in the GSA hoard. You may have to settle for a G or VG in your collection.

Last year I bought a well worn 1903-S Morgan from my LCS for $25. I was lucky it was the only one they had.
