Hey,
I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble getting responses from emails sent to them? It seems that it's taking them more and more time to respond over the past year or two. I used to get responses the same day and now I sent them an email 4 days ago and am still waiting for a response :(. Love the online store just wish I could ask questions via email.

Our last couple of purchases from them were through ebay and we got responses to questions the same or next day (depending on whether they were sent after hours or not). Probably worth re-sending. It might have gotten missed.

If it had been one e-mail I think is would be the case but this is probably the third e-mail that has taken 3+ days for a reply. But as you said I may re-send the email. Are you questions through email or ebay?
