HawkHybrid Valued Member United Kingdom 183 Posts	Posted 10/28/2014 3:20 pm please can anyone help id my dolphin coin, weighs ~6.48g diameter ~22mm it came uncleaned so not the best condition/detail. in hand I can see there's a feint image of a person sitting facing right., elbow right parallel to thighs and maybe other arm straight as if resting hand on seat. it was sold as a greek coin and have the +90 degrees orientation that's common to greek types. (mines too worn to tell) my dolphin is swimming right though. the dolphin still retains some relief, if you start at 3 o'clock(that's where it's head/nose is) and follow the darker green curve/line the pointy bit in the top right quadrant is it's dorsal fin. it's so hard to get pictures to show what I can see with the coin in hand.
