Define Emperor. Are we saying he was never an Augustus ( he was just a Caesar) or he was neither an Augustus or Caesar.

The only word in Russian is the first word (=Comrade), the rest is just Augustus Maximus using Cyrillic letters. In case you want to use it "Tovarishch or tovarisch is a Russian word meaning comrade".
But please, where are the guesses - should be really easy now.
