No. The hole there makes it look like an arc. ALL #5's will have a nasty D/C at the R in Regina to the denticle and traveling back to Gratia. That Obverse was used with at least 4 different Reverses, so don't look at the R to always be a #5. Another of that Obv type (D/C at R)has the Reverse of p 285 in the 65th Charlton and at least two others are "nothing" coins. Zoell called them R2b & R2c (#5 & p285)..
