I had to look back at the picture in question to make sure I wasn't posting the same coin again. First coin is a 1996 LMC and the other is a 1995 LMC. Cracks are very close to being in the same location.

I found this in a roll today. There is something going on with this guy. Maybe some type of retained interior die crack. Plus, it looks like a chip inside the 5.

Iv'e seen those cracks on the head before and though lamination but they were actually a RIDB. There was a topic about that a little bit ago.
