1984 With A Line Through The 4. Anyone Know What This Is?

SadiesAngel Valued Member United States 184 Posts	Posted 08/26/2015 10:07 pm There is a raised line going though the entire length of the 4 almost making it look like a sideways A. The 4th picture down was taken from a different angel and shows at the top of the line what appears to be a bubble on a stick. Any idea what's going on with this 4? I appreciate any help.
