If you look at the "O" in OF on the obverse, the inside opening is rounded. The 1856 has thin side walls and a more squarish opening. The "winner" of this auction gets a corroded piece of metal that used to be an 1858 FE. At least it buys them a fantasy, until he tries to get it graded or sent to Rick Snow :)
I used to have 2 1856 FEs, but sold 1 to a friend. I kept the higher grade one (ANAC EF40).
