Reverse looks great with little wear, but the queen on the obverse looks fairly worn... whole coin has some shine and luster to it (doesn't show up well in the scans) so maybe it's been cleaned? What grade would you give it? And what's up with the H and the 8, is it just PMD?

I agree ... about G-6 and heavily cleaned. The Obv of the large cents were struck in much heavier relief than the reverse, so more wear shows up on those high points. Yes, PMD and wear on the 8 & H ( 5 cent). The H mintmarks on worn coins often look like that.
