Just wondering what kind of error this could be as I don't believe it's PMD. This is a 1961 50 cent btw.

Sorry, but it's PMD. The teeth-like marks are from another coin's edge.

this would be called bag marks, definitely not an error.

Looks like bead marks from other coins in the bag.
