Interesting. I have PCGS 1982 Dime that has a similar color to this. Its a little more matte and solid color, a bit darker. Is the reverse normal?

the reverse is the same. I actually have 2 of these dimes but they are different but are same colors. what do you think about the quarter ?

I think these came from being found outdoors. If they were missing cladding at the time of the strike, the strike would be weaker.

Both coins are suffering from environmental damage, not clad errors.
