I picked up $20 worth of bank rolled nickels and found a lot of 2011 D's; way too many of them, but found a few keepers.
1949P 1954D 1958D x3 2009D (I think it's uncirculated)

I did a box tonight. 2 1943P and 1 1944P! Best box in awhile. I didn't find any hole fillers, but I did manage a 55p as well.

Wow, both of you guys just got the 55p? I still need that hole after 60 boxes. I think I should start buying boxes off of people from the west coast.

I picked up $38 in nickels, and all, except one, were rolls that a customer brought in. I was pleasantly surprised with my results because I found $2.05 in face value of pre 1960's nickels. The teller said that she didn't even have $20 in nickels, but only $6. Another teller walked by and told me he had as many nickels as I wanted. I may go back tomorrow and ask for more customer rolls: 1939P 1940P x2 1941P x6 1944P 1946P x2 1947P 1948P x2 1952D 1952S x2 1953D 1954D x2 1954S 1955D x2 1956P 1957D 1958D x4 1959D x6 1960P 1961P x2

murrellington,
My son and I have had no problems finding the 1955p in Ohio either.

If I buy a plane ticket and provide myself with food, may I live on your couch in Ohio until I find a 1955? Just kidding of course. I purchased a box today and I have a feeling it's a winner.

Just dumped about $75 face of common pre-'60 Jeffersons that I'd been saving up since I started nickel searching. I was a little sad to see them go, but deep down I know they'd never be worth any more than 5 cents a piece.
Taking a little break from roll searching right now. I hope to get back in the swing of things when I get a little more disposable income in the coming weeks.

coincollectorjj, do you ever search boxes of nickel's? My average is 1 buffalo every 3.4 boxes. So I'm sure if you did 5 boxes then you would probably find a buffalo, and at least 1 silver nickel.

Hey, I need low grde keys to make up 12 sets for g-sons cub scouts. I dont want to put out alot, this is just for igniting a spark. We're going through boxes now, but things are too slow. I think some seeding is in order. PM me with what you have. Lower the grade, the better. I've got all modern keys/semis covered Thanks
