Pulled a nice '39D today! Ended up just getting $44 of nickels from two different branches so I feel lucky I got the 39D. No silver, no buffs, no V's.

Nice finds everyone.

The box I did today was pretty awful. Aside from yet another 1950-NOT D, I only found 5 pre-'55s. all common.

Sortof off topic, I apologize, BUT...I have to buy the best Jefferson nickel album I can find...I need your opinions...leaning towards Dansco, and, a few extra blank pages...I believe they have slots for the 1979-T-I & II, and, 1981 same...I believe they DO NOT(nor, does ANYONE) have slots for Reverses of 38-through 40, all issues, 1965-66-67 SMS, nor, extra slots for 1968-S Proof(their S-slot is for the Business strike, and, proofs begin in 1971), nor, does anyone have slots for the 2005-2010 Satin-Finish SMS nickels, just P-D-S, thus, the need for blank pages, and, my PROOF Collection starts in 1953, goes to 2012, so, 1953-1970 proofs on blank page, others in slots meant for them. Make any sense? I have NO idea when the NEW album will be released, and, am itchy to get my coins in something nice..I've put a lot of effort into this, and, want something extra-special...I like the grey colors of my 1938-2003 OFFICIAL US Mint album, and, would continue that, but, they only have an album #2, 2004-2007, and never continued the series that I am aware of..LITTLETON may be nice, if the have the bulk of the slots. I also would like to hear from you about my PROOFS..half are RAW, half are SLABBED...DARE I remove them, just to put in my album, which was my original plan....nothing is super-high grade, and, of extreme value over PF67, so, cracking them out wouldn't be the end of the world...I don't think I could do that on a rarer high grade proof....I have decided to leave my complete set of PCGS PF69 DCAM, 2000-2012 alone, in slabs, and not crack out...95% of the original proofs in this album I bought, 1971-2003 I am happy with, and do not need upgrading
Thanks for your input, and sorry for all the questions..IF someone made a COMPLETE album, this conversation would not be made! When I win the LOTTO, I'm opening up a business to make complete albums for us collectors, with every darn possible coin having a proper slot!

partial results. I redid the y-axis and separated silver from non-silver nickels. How is the graph, overall, for readability?

Much better now that the silver is separate. But yes, I think the probability should be more specific, not really sure what the probabilities mean.

it's actually probability per coin. I could change it to probability per $100 of nickels. But either way, I'll make it more clear what it is.
