Things That Aren't Actually Coins, But Kinda Look Like They Could Be

After nine years and twelve pages of this thread, and nobody's mentioned the Kiday "tokens" yet. Not surprised, I guess - they're an Australian thing, so wouldn't be seen outside these shores.

A few decades ago, someone in my coin club was sold one by a local dealer and did a write up in the club Magazine about these mystery "tokens", speculating they might be an arcade token or some such. They found out a couple of months later, that "Kiday" was actually a children's clothing brand, and that the "tokens" were part of a hat strap.

Just another reminder, everybody: not everything round and made of metal is a coin.
