Looks like a big struck through debris of some type. If it were PSD, then the coin would be bent and show though as raised on the opposite side. I see none of this going on from the image. So it is a Struck through error.

Large Strike through. Yet to see a lamination on a zinc cent. The zinc would be exposed if it did. Some say it doesn't happen because its not a typical alloy mix. Thanks, Doug.

What a nice strike thru-the edges look very clean cut too with no scrapings or evidence of any PSD great find!
