Looks like a normal coin for this year. The mint marks are applied to the dies by hand with a punch. So the locations will vary vertically and horizontally. So this is in the correct area. Below the date and to the right of the bust. West of the rim. I have seen them lower:

Mm were hand punched into each working die then,so they will be in different locations. It is within mint tolerance.
