Not sure what is wrong with this penny.
The image and date are puffed up, same with the reverse.
Can anyone tell me what this is called and if there is any value? I hope the photos are ok, I am not very good at taking pictures.

What is the weight and size? It looks like it is plastic!

weight is 2.5 gr, 3/4 of an inch and about 1/16 thick

It looks like the rim has been flattened a bit. This may have enlarged the devices a bit as well?

The devices haven't been puffed up, instead, they have been beat down.
This happens with Dryer Coins but it is usually more pronounced.
I suspect you have a Dryer Coin that was rescued before more damage occurred.
