Hello, was wondering if someone could tell me why some of these coins have a mark at the bottom of the coin and others do not. Thank you

there are a few different 2006 pennies, one magnetic with RCM logo and one non magnetic with logo. one magnetic with a P one non magnetic with P (rare) then one non magnetic with nothing under the queen and one magnetic with nothing below queen (scarce)
