coin in the middle of the nickle and penny is coin in question

Very nice find, yes it could be an error. I have the US equivalent. It does happen, and these are a collectible type of error. Looks right to me. Congrats

Need to see both sides of coin. Would think there to be slight loss of detail, slight enlargement of planchet circumference ( maybe fill collar) and thinning as well. Nice find if real.

Its a nickel struck on a One Cent Planchet.
There are a few of them around. In MS condition they have sold in the $400 - $500 range and considerably less for those in lower grades.
