Hi guys, few days ago my grandmother bought 12 coins as gift to my uncle (her son). She bought them really cheap and I'm afraid that she bought counterfeits. I'm not coin collector but I tried to search them on internet, but I cant tell, if they are legit or not... Can you help me check them out? Thanks for your help guys!

Unfortunately, they all look counterfeit. Because I'm not a foreign expert by any extent, the only one I can say positively is counterfeit is the 1799 draped bust dollar; aka the one in the very top right.

If she got them on the cheap side, not harm done with the counterfeit coins.

Unfortunately, they are all recent counterfeits.

Indeed, modern forgeries or reproductions. No matter how many times I see this happen it still irks me that people could knowingly sell this stuff as authentic. I'm sorry for the situation you've encountered and hope these can be returned to the seller. On a positive note, perhaps this experience may encourage you to further investigate coin collecting and the fun it can certainly bring if you spend some time with it!

May not be counterfeits or forgeries, but copies. If not much money paid, and no attempt to sell as genuine, then maybe OK. Experienced collectors are not normally interested in this sort of product. I stay with chocolate coins at Christmas time. They all seem to be a set or part of a set, and may be related to some sort of promotion.
Look carefully at a few; you may find the word 'COPY', or 'REPRO' or similar, stamped into them somewhere.

They remind me of museum souvenir reproduction coins.
There is a UK company called "Westair Reproductions Ltd" who make items similar to this. If you visit a medieval castle, for example, you often find small packets of repros for sale in the gift shop. These ones are not from Westair, as they clearly mark their repros with "WRL".

and yes, they do all look like reproductions.

It's a gift of no value, just thoughtful, perhaps. Check the receipt, see if she did not pay too much, then move on in life.
Do tell her these have no value, she may have thought otherwise. Offer to go with her next time.
