Correctly identified changes:
1) Moved lighthouse to different position (SilverDollar2017)
2) Shortened third tree on top of cliff (Earle42)
3) Added extra tree next to lighthouse (Mrzllewellyn)
4) Shortened crack in cliff to right of first S in WISCONSIN (chafemasterj)
5) Removed part of kayak hold (spruett001)
6) Removed a ripple from the water (turingmach)
7) Added a rock to line of rocks on cliff (Tootallious)
8)
9)
ps. I think the last two might be the most difficult to find.

The removed water ripple was already identified (see #6)
I'm going to go out on a cliff and guess the last change is the hardest to find.
