I haven't been doing much buying since my wife took a new job but I did pick up this Raw Trade dollar to temporarily fill the hole in my 7070. To me the surfaces look original and I really liked the cranberry/burgundy toning. You can really see on the reverse how nice the fields are. It does cartwheels, is silver, and the weight is correct. The dark spots are dirt on the obverse ...it may get an acetone bath sooner or later, though I think they add to the authenticity.
I haven't mastered the whole "capturing lustre" on coins yet...guess I should have gone with Prethen to the Photo Clinic at the conference last month!
AU-50. Slight wear on shoulder and above, ribbon around wheat, eagle, etc. Really nice coin. I hesitate to call this just an XF because the detail looks really complete and strong in most places and the luster looks pretty good.

Well, you didn't manage it this time.
AU53 in my book, probably a $400 coin if the surfaces are original. They're darn near impossible to find in original AU condition, probably easier to acquire in Mint State than nice AU.
