I know no mint marks were mint in Philadelphia but this dime has stood out from the rest.. I took to a coin shop but they didnt even give it a second look I had it on ebay and was contact by a member who said he was a previous owner of a 1982 no s mint mark error told me my looked very close tp genuine he advised me to take it down I did so... I know otd in bad shape and only 2 are known to exist I believe I may be wrong but what do you all think? Or is it a bussiness strike

All 1968 Philadelphia dimes had no MM and there were no Philadelphia Proofs
made that year so it has to be a business strike.
My apologies for not quite understanding what your question is
but it looks like a regular dime with some corrosion.

Correct typo

In 1968 , 1970, 1975 and 1983 proof dimes were made without a s mint mark error if I put this next to a known bussiness strike it look by far not the same

It is a regular business strike that is corroded then heavily cleaned or polished. May have been a metal detector find that was cleaned in a tumbler.

It has been cleaned and polished harshly but it's still worth 10 cents.

On CCF, all Roosevelt dimes are considered modern coins, so I moved your post to the appropriate section for the proper attention.
