Hi I'm wondering if anyone has an idea about what this may be. About 1.3 grams and 17 mm diameter. Thank you!

Did you find it?
And if so where?
Online or in Chinese coin catalogs?
I added this if needed, but I now realize I don't mean the two side symbols translate to Earth + Monkey, they correspond to the 45th year of the sexagenary cycle table of dates (1908).

Could very well be Kiang-Nan because my catalogs do not show the mint marks of the provinces very well at all.
The previously mentioned Hu-Peh doesn't match.
Much better images are found searching online.

I struggled to identify Chinese coins so I made my own table - scroll down to the end

It's definitely from Jiangnan Province dated 1908.
