1969 Washington Quarter D Possible Mintmark Error

Minkmanny New Member United States 8 Posts	Posted 03/31/2019 7:27 pm I'm newer to coin roll searching and usually search half dollars. I tried quarters for a change of pace. I just came across a 1969 D and had seen there was a double strike error on the mint mark. I was hoping to get opinions on the one I have. The condition is very circulated but it seems possible?
