First question if I may what is approximate value of 82 small date penny and last but not least 1965 no mint dime? Thank you!

to CCF. Need more info. A regular 1982 SD cent is worth face value or if it is copper than copper value. A no mint mark dime means it was minted in Philadelphia and if it is just normal it is worth ten cents depending on condition.

Value nearly always depends on condition, especially modern coins.
If your coins have been circulated, they are worth face value.
If they are in high MS condition, then they would have some value.

All the 1965-1967 coins had no mint marks. So that is common. All pre 1980 dimes that didn't have mint marks were from Philadelphia. (also common) Post 1980 dimes should have mint marks.

1982 small date is probably worth one cent.
