Hey, Sprue.
Geographically, North America includes Central America as the southernmost part of North America (Q7 in your excellent, helpful summaries), including Belize. Belize was also British Honduras until a name change in 1973 and its full independence in 1981 (my verbose Q10). I won't be so wordy in the future as with Q10, but I think Q7 ruled out Central America before Q10.
Not that it's that important in the grander scale of things...

So, technically, my coin does not fit all of the conditions in the question because I will not just ignore that a defining word like "until" was put into the question. There are only about two hours left for guessing and then I will reveal this trouble-making coin so we can move on. I really didn't intend on this round being so difficult and will try to pick something better. To the newer players: please don't be discouraged!
