I cannot tell if that coin is a satin or not. Where did you get it from?
Satin coins were only offered in uncirculated Mint sets from 2005 to 2010

If it was in circulation, then I would say no it would not be a satin, but rather a normal coin intended to circulation.

I also removed your 2 screen shot images as they are NOT allowed.
