Titles are Important! * Hello CCF, I found this looking through a roll of 43-S Pennies. I think it is an FS-101 in a low Mint State Grade (around 61-62). I know there are carbon spots on it, detracts from the overall grade. Is this coin worth getting certified? Report this Post to the Staff

Quote: Description: Strong spread on date, bowtie, profile, eye, IN GOD WE TRUST, and LIBERTY. Note the areas mentioned there. If they are not showing the same hub doubling exactly, then it is not that die number. Note the location of the mintmark. That is also important as if it is not a match, then it can't be from that die. Just like fingerprints, they have to be an exact match in order to be from the same die. Report this Post to the Staff
