Here is another one open for identification.

I don't know what year, province nor denomination, maybe it is just a token?

Any help identifying is greatly appreciated!

It is 24 mm, does it mean it is this one then?

Rev.: Right: Manchu Yuwan - The Board of Public Works mint, Peking
Left: Manchu Boo - coin
Rarity:
Ref.: [S] No. 1490


And year is anywhere from 1796 to 1820 a.d.?
