2010 P Dime Obverse Error Or Damage

I came across this 2010 P Dime while going through my dime collection. I noticed an area on the obverse by the "Y" in Liberty that looked discolored. I researched online and in CCF to see if this was some type of error with no luck (still learning). Would you take a look and tell me what you think?

Note how it is smaller? ('Y') That area was over polished. But very isolated. The reverse looks like it was polished for a Feeder Finger Damage issue. But the obverse is not showing the same thing. It maybe a replacement die to start a new die second marriage.

Coop and coinfrog, thank you for the information. I don't think my original photo displayed how it looks like clad is missing in that spot seeing it in person. I've added 2 new pictures at different angles that appear (to my untrained eye) to show a better representation. Please know that I am not trying to dispute, only learn and appreciate the knowledge of others.
