Second photo lends itself to Liege Bishopric Gros or the like, but would need weight and diameter to be certain. Either way, owing to style and arms, we are looking at a low-countries silver from the 15-17th centuries.
As @norantyki says, from the Burgundian cross obverse and arms reverse, we are likely looking at Spanish Netherlands, reign of Albert and Elizabeth, pre-dating, so early 1600s,patagon or fraction thereof, like this: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces62473.html

I agree with @norantyki that Spanish Netherlands is the most likely source of this coin. It might be an early 17th Century 1/4 Patagon, but having the weight and diameter would help confirm. Here is a link to the numista page to get you started:
