Not a crack, but Post Mint impact Damage, and thus will lower the value.

I think it's pretty common on all the heavier coins when they fall/drop into the collection bin at the mint.

This thread reminds me of an encounter I had with a friend decades ago. Knowing I have a slight interest in coins, he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a coin. He says " I've got one of these old Ben Franklin half dollars. On the back of it, there's a bell of some kind, but something is wrong with this coin, as there's a crack in this coin on the bell."

Big heavy coins, with lots of smooth open area for hits to show, and silver is a relatively soft metal.
