1961 D Lincoln - Die Chip?

I can't seem to find any information on this. It looks like a die chip between the B and E in Liberty. Does anyone know anything about this specific coin? And can you help confirm it is a die chip? I'm still pretty new to the hobby and trying to learn. Thank you, and sorry, I know its not the prettiest example. lol

That is called a BIE,use the search box upper left of page for tons of info.

That's called a "BIE" because the die chip looks like an I between the B and E of LIBERTY. They are catalogued as they are discovered here:

I don't see any listings at all for 1961-D cents, yet. Kind of strange, but yours could be the first if you submit it.
