Just sitting here comparing the 10 or so 1960 penny's dates, I couldn't help but notice this MM! Just circulation damage or something else?

And yes this is one that's not so obvious when you compare height of 1 & 9, in case anyone was asking!

Photos are pretty pixilated but from what I can see, it looks like it is just damage.

Agree. Hit(s) taken in circulation, with a dose of circulation flattening too. Not uncommon with copper cents.
