Looks like maybe another coin I honestly dont know. I think I can see a couple letters like an E above TA and after the last S. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

An interesting post and very nice close-up pics. It doesn't look like damage to me though. Maybe a planchet flaw?

Definitely a planchet problem. I have a few.

IMO was an detached exfoliation of the planchet before milling process. For this reason the clad is there.
