1956 D Penny Shadow D? - Coin Community Forum

Found it and upon closer inspection, it appears to have a "shadow D". I know this happens a lot for 1956 d's, but I want to make sure. Report this Post to the Staff

oddguy Pillar of the Community United States 4135 Posts	Posted 09/03/2022 7:15 pm A shadow "D" is a clearly marked D then a very lightly struck D below it. I do not see it here. I do see a stain that may look like a D. Report this Post to the Staff
