Thank you and you're very welcome, Mike. The coin looks much better in hand than in the photo.
The summer of 1969 was important to me since I went in the Army in August. A few months later I was on my way to that unpleasantness in Southeast Asia.

I'm no spring chicken but you guys have me by a few and are about my parents' age; perhaps a bit younger. My dad's era was Vietnam (didn't serve but was involved in the war effort on the civilian side).
I'm curious why you wouldn't get the other branches. Obviously priorty is for your branch but the others are worthy too. Jjust curious.
