Limited time at the moment but noticed this and took a quick picture of the area in question. If needed later on I can get more pics, but thought someone maybe has seen this one. Leaving it to the experts

Sorry didn't clarify the area I am talking about what appears to be a leaf under the right leaf?

@peanut26 - https://www.coinsandcanada.com - 1 Cent 1946 Die errors and varieties: #1581 1 cent 1946 - Mark under the right leaf. However, yours is more pronounced than their picture. Picture labelled as a die clash, see below:
