The only way to end it . Change the design , weight and composition of the $2 coin or better yet reintroduce a $2 Polymer note . The UK changed the £1 coin in 2016 Due to a counterfeit issue . The CBSA is all over a legitimate coin dealer returning to Canada yet never bothers checking counterfeit coin shipments coming from the PRC. As to this HE character deport the crook.
