I picked up these early Charlton catalogs but don't know their values or scarcity.

I have the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Editions of "Catalogue of Canadian Coins, Tokens, Tokens & Fractional Currency".

All 3 of these editions are signed by the author - J.E. Charlton

In addition to these catalogs, I also have what I believe to be the 1st edition of "Canada and Newfoundland Paper Money" by J. E. Charlton. This catalog does not have his signature.

All of the books are in crisp unused condition. I have 2 of the 1953 Coin books - only one has the signature and 2 of the Paper Money catalogs.

I would appreciate any information or thoughts that you might have.

CCN published a pricing guide in their Trends section back in August of 2022.

The OP's examples look to be in nice condition and list between $30 and $70 CAD each in Fine, like new between $50 and $100.

The Tenth edition is $4/$8 as is.

thanks for info 1960NYGiants!
Do you think since JE Charlton signed the books; it would add value to them?
