expert opinion needed for this 1978 CDN penny.
Clipped Panchet?. There seems to be something going on with the 7 as well.
Other errors on the rim.

A second minor clip at NA of Regina I think. Can't help with the 7.

The clip looks genuine.
Appears to be damage on the 7 from taking a hit.
It certainly didn't look like that when it left the mint.
