Spence nearly has it.

This type is normally attributed to Bostra Arabia now. And this is likely the smaller drachm (~3g) rather than a tridrachm (10-11g).

I can't identify the exact type with the right side of the reverse worn down, but it's one of RPC III, 4073-5: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/3/4073
