Well it's not a die crack, looks like some sort of
PMD but exactly what caused it I'm not sure.
I do see some displaced metal.

It's PMD. Not an error. Not sure what caused the damage, but damage is damage.

Looks like the metal was scraped by something and piled up in those 3 elongated areas.
