Another 1900 O. This one has some obverse color which is not very common on an otherwise common date.

looks like album toning. quite blotchy so it would drop the grade a point. not really a fan of that toning. MS64

The obverse has some contact marks that IMHO hold it to MS-64. The cut in the forehead and the longer intermittent scratch from the nose to the top of the lower curls are the most noticeable, There is something going on in the hair above the eyes, but that could be a minor lamination or struck-through. The reverse has a few contact marks on the eagle's breast and above the eagle's left wing that are noticeable, along with some minor rim rash. On balance, I'm at MS-64 here. My hunch is that the toning looks much more even in hand. Nice coin!
