I thought this would be another specimen of 2015-P 5¢ WDDR-010, but the placement isn't quite right. The die gouge near Jefferson's eye is missing. I doubt it can be an earlier die state because an attributer wouldn't miss the big die chip in the E of Liberty.

Another minor unattributed DDR for the big ol' Ziploc bag of unattributed minor DDRs. =P
